Wonderful piece of furniture! Looks like the picture, delivered earlier than expected and just great. It was really super well packaged, only one little thing has annoyed me a little: in the packaging tape has come on the wood and has left adhesive residue on the wood :( ... that can be cleaned away, but is annoying. Overall great, I would buy again at any time!

I ordered only one chair at first. The delivery was smooth, fast; undamaged. The leather was fine, the chair straight and very well made. So I reordered 3 chairs. 1 chair was damaged at the leg under the intact packaging and wobbled. The others had intollerably large leather scars for the yet upscale price. I took photos and sent a complaint email. I was refunded 10% per chair and sent a free replacement for the damaged one, which was then back in working order. I was very happy with this settlement. I would have preferred if everything had worked out perfectly right away, so only 4 stars, but the shop is very concerned and actually I have nothing to complain about in retrospect.

the most beautiful chair in the world :) certainly not the most comfortable but more comfortable than it looks!

Designe: 5Sterne, Leather: 4Sterne; Wood 5Sterne; Seat comfort: 3Sterne; Delivery uncomplicated, undamaged.

I also ordered 4 dining chairs. the first one was beautiful, the others all had flaws - they were too expensive for me - I complained and got a very reasonable discount. This has Gurushop great for me. can all in all only recommend.
